• Competitive Management: Utilize competitive analysis methods to produce competitor analysis reports for mature products in the country, supporting the formulation of differentiated competitive strategies.
• Marketing Digitalization: Use marketing digitalization tools to design mature products and scenario-based solutions, completing the value delivery to the front line.
• Capability Building: Organize the development or optimization of existing product solution empowerment materials, and complete regional empowerment training.
• Business Indicator Management: Analyze business data to promote the optimization and improvement of overall business indicators in this field, including achieving, strategizing, and implementing goals for orders, inventory, and profitability.
