Assist project manager in the execution and management of ongoing projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare, review, and organize project-related documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all written materials.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related communication. Prepare and review email correspondences, meeting minutes, and other communication materials.
Coordinate meetings, events, and project timelines. Ensure that all participants are informed and prepared. Manage project calendars and send out reminders.
Conduct research as needed to support project planning and execution. Assist in maintaining and updating project databases and filing systems.
Assist with tracking the project's budget, resources, and timelines. Assist in preparing reports on budget, resources, etc.
Work closely with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the project's smooth flow and address any issues that arise.
Provide oral translation or written translation support for the team when required during the implementation of projects.
Other duties may be assigned.
