Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our Interior Materials & Furniture team. The ideal candidate will understand procurement processes and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with various departments and suppliers to ensure our projects have all the necessary materials and equipment.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

Preparing project presentation and quotation for the projects.
Check orders to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted correctly and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.
Order placement to factories, checking sales price, invoices, and quantities.
Procurement & Tendering, Logistics coordination.
Working closely with project team, providing technical support on product specification.
Deliver commercial support to Project Management through contract delivery cycles.
