- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pricing or financial analysis role, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and influencing skills and ability to operate independently
- High level of competence in preparation and presentation
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
- Computer skills-user level(MS Office usage).
- Ability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing to optimize pricing models.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective pricing strategies.
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals and recommendations for management.
- Analyze customer data and market demand to identify pricing opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing changes and report findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and profitability goals.
- Work closely with finance and sales teams to support revenue forecasting.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate pricing documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- Address pricing-related inquiries from internal teams and customers.
- Analyzing current and past financial data including but not limited to, sales data, sales prices of the spare parts.
- Analyzing sales trends in the portfolio, identifying different sales triggers (e.g., online marketing campaigns having a positive impact on the sale of spare parts).
- Based on market research, recommend changes in sales prices, unit mix of sales strategy.
- Prepare reports and communicate insights from these reports to top management.
- Monthly closing of the sales report and verifying the gross profit of the departments.
- Preparing active market campaigns with the product team.
