Operations Team Leader-Jeyranchol

We are dedicated to a wide range of activities, from grain cultivation to the production of important food products such as milk and flour.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations team to ensure daily tasks are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures;
• Enforce strict adherence to operational procedures and identify gaps using a risk-based self-assessment approach;
• Contribute to the development of operational plans and demonstrate technical expertise to manage operational challenges;
• Oversee storage, transportation, and supply processes, managing team activities based on internal procedures;
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate departmental staff, providing support, training, and development opportunities;
• Monitor goods and materials usage in warehouses, prepare movement reports and proposing solutions to production issues;
• Enhance procurement processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency;
• Organize maps, reports, and records as needed;
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and propose remedies to prevent recurrence;
• Ensure adherence to irrigation standards to meet productivity requirements.
