İş haqqında məlumat
Location: Jalilabad
Report to: Field Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage requisitions in accordance with organizational standards;
- Prepare and submit monthly timesheets for accurate record-keeping;
- Conduct inspections and maintain oversight of job cards for tractor drivers;
- Draft and submit business trip documentation to the HR team for processing;
- Register and track documents received from government agencies;
- Oversee monthly canteen registration processes to ensure compliance;
- Conduct necessary food registration for the monthly canteen operations;
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the canteen;
- Document all fieldwork activities to maintain accurate records;
- Generate other internal office documents as required;
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Field Manager.
