  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is preferred;

İş haqqında məlumat

Location: Jalilabad

Report to: Field Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage requisitions in accordance with organizational standards;
  • Prepare and submit monthly timesheets for accurate record-keeping;
  • Conduct inspections and maintain oversight of job cards for tractor drivers;
  • Draft and submit business trip documentation to the HR team for processing;
  • Register and track documents received from government agencies;
  • Oversee monthly canteen registration processes to ensure compliance;
  • Conduct necessary food registration for the monthly canteen operations;
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the canteen;
  • Document all fieldwork activities to maintain accurate records;
  • Generate other internal office documents as required;
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Field Manager.
