- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration
- Professional Cisco certifications required (CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or higher)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco network, wireless, security, and IP telephony solutions
- Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, STP, BGP, OSPF, etc.)
- Experience with VMware virtualization and Cisco UCS servers
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- High-level knowledge of IT security, firewall policies, and network monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCIE (Enterprise, Security, or Data Center) is highly desirable
- Additional certifications (VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS) are a plus
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise networks
- Knowledge of VoIP, video surveillance, and network access control systems

Enterprise Network Infrastructure Management:
- Configure, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and update network infrastructure in both school buildings, including:
- Cisco Catalyst Core, Distribution, and Access Switches
- Cisco UC and ISR Voice Gateways
- Hikvision Video Surveillance Switches
Enterprise Wireless Network Management:
- Configure, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and update:
- Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points & Cloud Management (Primary School)
- Cisco Wireless LAN Controller & Wireless Access Points (Secondary School)
Server Farm Network Infrastructure:
- Manage and maintain:
- Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Server Farm Switches
- Cisco UCS Servers
- VMware Virtualization Infrastructure
Network Security & Monitoring Systems:
- Configure, maintain and secure the network using:
- Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewalls & Secure Firewall Management Center
- Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances
- Cisco Remote Access & Site-to-Site VPN
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control
- Cisco Prime Infrastructure for network monitoring
Enterprise IP Telephony Infrastructure:
- Operate and manage:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unified IP Phones for Primary and Secondary Schools
Cisco Smart Account & Service Contracts:
- Maintain and operate the school's Cisco Smart Account
- Oversee Cisco Service Contracts for hardware and software support
