Learning and Development specialist

• Implementation of training and development strategies in accordance with hotel and head office policies and procedures.
• Providing training needs analysis based on employee performance evaluations and management recommendations, monitor employee performance and identify areas for development.
• Participation in the preparation of the annual training plan and budget with the hotel's HR management
• Delivery of training programs using various methods (lectures, videos, practical exercises, e-learning, etc.).
• Develop corporate training materials and ensure their use among hotel staff.
• Measure training results and report monthly to Human Resources Manager and Head Office
• Prepare and coordinate the development program for talented employees  
• Organize internal employee engagement events (employee of month/year, surveys, orientation trainings, etc.)
• Support the improvement of service quality by collaborating with relevant departments.
• Manage all administrative tasks of training programs (schedules, registration, work with vendors, budget, etc.)
