Lead Corporate Lawyer

• We are seeking a Lead Corporate Lawyer with strong expertise in corporate law, governance and commercial transactions, providing legal support to ensure compliant and efficient business operations. He/she will advise management on corporate structuring, shareholder matters, contracts, and regulatory requirements while mitigating legal risks and supporting strategic growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate law matters, including corporate governance, shareholder relations, and corporate structuring.
• Manage changes to the statutory documents of the company.
• Coordinate and liaise legal matters with governmental authorities. 
• Provide legal support to internal units of the company. 
• Oversee preparation, review, and filing of corporate documents, resolutions, and statutory records.
• Advise management and on legal risks, obligations, and strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies, internal regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate corporate legal risks, proposing practical and business-oriented solutions.
• Support cross-border operations and group structures with legally sound frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior legal staff, ensuring high legal standards and efficiency.
