Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on early-stage concept design, visualization, and presentation.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Lumion, or Enscape.
Experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, or residential projects is must.
Preferred certifications: RIBA, NCARB, or equivalent.

Exceptional visual and graphic presentation skills
Strong communication & client-facing abilities
Fluent in Azerbaijani; Upper-Intermediate English, Turkish and Russian
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment

İş haqqında məlumat

We are seeking a highly creative and concept-driven Lead Architect to join our Design Team. The ideal candidate to have a strong sense of aesthetics, architectural presentation skills, and an ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for developing mood boards, concept designs, and visualization materials to shape the initial stages of architectural and interior projects. Your work will play a key role in design development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a cohesive design vision throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Design & Visualization (Aligned with RIBA Stages 0-2)

Strategic Briefing & Research: Work with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project objectives, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences (RIBA Stage 0 – Strategic Definition).
Mood Board & Concept Creation: Develop mood boards, color palettes, material selections, and concept sketches that align with the client’s vision (RIBA Stage 1 – Preparation & Brief).
Early-Stage Design Development: Support designers (inhouse and outsource) to compelling 3D visualizations, conceptual diagrams, and presentation materials to support design decision-making (RIBA Stage 2 – Concept Design).
Storytelling & Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of design intent.

Design Development & Coordination (Aligned with RIBA Stages 3):

Architectural Refinement: Oversee and review the work of the in-house and outsourced design teams, ensuring that detailed architectural drawings and layouts align with project requirements and functional needs (RIBA Stage 3 – Spatial Coordination).
Material & Product Selection: Evaluate and approve proposed furniture, finishes, lighting, and sustainable materials provided by the design teams, ensuring consistency with project vision and feasibility.
Technical Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between the design and interior teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural solutions.
