- Prior experience in visual merchandising is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of colour theory and design principles.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple displays and projects.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design and graphic programs is an advantage.
İş haqqında məlumat
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Provide setup and execution of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines, ensuring an engaging and visually appealing customer experience.
- Provide the arrangement and presentation of products in alignment with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and store visual standards. Ensuring the availability of products for display and replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by ensuring all displays are regularly updated, products are neatly arranged, and the overall store layout is visually aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Responsible for all in-store VM materials, fixtures, mannequins’ distribution, placement, maintenance.
- Create eye-catching seasonal and promotional displays that reflect both the sport and luxury brand identities.
- Participate with senior team members in evaluating visual merchandising standards, providing feedback on areas of improvement. Weekly/monthly reports as per department's requirements.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team and store management to ensure alignment with sales goals and marketing initiatives. Guide sales associates through a VM standards.
