Junior Planner

Namizədə tələblər

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling or a similar coordination role
Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (MS Project, Primavera )
Basic understanding of project management principles
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken)
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Fully understand the requirements that must be met for each project
Create a sufficient and competitive timeline and budget which a project can be completed within
Put together a knowledgeable team to complete each project
Effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure your team has all the supplies and resources they need to complete a project
Inspect existing processes and make suggestions based on performance and associated risks
Track and report the progress of each project
Gather all data needed for required reports
