- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-year experience in IT Business Analysis, System Analysis, Business Process Analysis roles, preferably in digital transformation projects.
- Experience in modeling business processes using various tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Ability to capture and analyze 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models using BA methods and tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain a gap analysis to capture requirements.
- Ability to document requirements based on Use-Cases, User-Stories, Wireframes
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
