Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Establish and manage a performance evaluation and KPI system.
- Maintain and improve employee relations by addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and address staffing needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.
