We are looking for an experienced and talented HR and Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing and managing payrolls for all employees in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This role ensures accurate and timely payment processing, tax deductions, and record-keeping. The Payroll Specialist will also serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and provide support to the HR department in maintaining accurate payroll records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with EMAS and 1C: Be knowledgeable about all processes related to EMAS and 1C and insure all processes related to it (make all necessary actions regarding recruitment, any changes in employment contract, managing vacation records, maternity leave, child care leave, sick leave, and other types of leave, compiling travel requests, issuing orders, preparing advance payment documents, and completing the full procedure and e.t.c).
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary, bonuses, commissions, and overtime.
- Tax Compliance: Calculate and deduct applicable taxes (e.g., income tax, social security, etc.) in compliance with local legislation.
- Benefits Administration: Process benefits deductions, such as health insurance and other voluntary deductions.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee compensation, tax withholdings, and benefits.
- Timesheets: Prepare and ensure the input of all plan and timesheets in time to the 1C.
- Stay Updated on Payroll Laws: Keep abreast of changes in payroll-related legislation and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
