İş haqqında məlumat
  • The Head of Facility and Maintenance will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities across all locations. They will oversee all aspects of facility management and maintenance, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. 
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management and maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of all restaurant locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Coordinate and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities related to facility maintenance, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations. 
  • Oversee the scheduling of preventive maintenance activities and manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and facilitate training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement, to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as necessary to address urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
