- 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Graphic design are preferred.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
- Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy.
- Experience with design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Experience with Client Journeys, Channels & Funnels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy:
- Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design;
- Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
- Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals.
Creative management:
- Create design style of company and direction of content;
- Creating presentations concept;
- Creating design concept of events;
- Creating monthly and one time design for social network;
- Creating design adaptation for several digital placement;
- Receive and analysis brief of design from startups;
- Lead and create the content of startups;
- Revise and optimization changes request from startup;
- Creating print materials file design;
- Create design print materials for startup;
- Review, analysis and audit content plan ideas.
Consulting:
- Analysis and research best practice of design style for startup;
- Consulting existing design concepts of startups.
Skills and Competencies:
- Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
