Freight Dispatcher for Step Deck and Flatbed Operations

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize the transportation of load  in compliance with loading and delivery deadlines.
• Manage driver schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with drivers and customers on freight matters.
• Monitor and maintain records of calls, deliveries, routes, loading and unloading times.
• Promptly resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
• Negotiate rates and delivery times in the interests of the company and customers.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 5/2, from 17:00 to 03:00 at night (in winter).
• From 16:00 to 02:00 at night (in summer).
• Salary: 1% - 1.5% of weekly gross (1000 $ - 3000$).
