Namizədə tələblər

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering or related field preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing complex schedules. 

 

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong skills in data management and presentation preparation. 
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.
  • Very good command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including government officials and industry partners. 
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the outmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
  • This role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the General Director. 
İş haqqında məlumat
  • Executive Assistant to General Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the smooth execution of the General Director’s responsibilities. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication by drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the General Director.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events.
  • Track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings attended by the General Director.
  • Organize logistics for board meetings, including materials preparation and venue arrangements.
  • To accompany the General Director to meetings in Azerbaijan and abroad when necessary. Not having any obstacles to travel.
  • Support general office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and ensuring an efficient office environment.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve office operations.
