English teacher

• Bachelor's Degree in Methodology of Foreign Language Teaching;
• A Master's degree is considered an advantage.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of scientific and theoretical concepts relevant to the field of primary education, in line with modern demands;
• Familiarity with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the "Law on Education" and the "Law on the Rights of the Child.";
• Understanding of the "State Standards (Curricula) for General Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan.";
• Awareness of international education curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB);
• Knowledge of modern, research-based teaching principles, as well as theories of learning and assessment;
• Awareness of the latest advancements in pedagogy and educational psychology;
• Proficiency in student-centered pedagogical approaches;
• Expertise in organizing effective learning processes, including strategies for effective teaching, classroom management, and student behavior management;
• Understanding of the characteristics of the Alpha generation;
• Familiarity with the characteristics of the Z generation;
• Proficiency in ICT, MS Office, and modern educational technologies;
• Ability to deliver effective presentations;
• Knowledge of assessment concepts within the general education system;
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (C1).
