Engineering Supervisor

InterContinental Baku Hotel is looking to hire an Engineering Supervisor (Mechanic).

Your day to day

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Engineering staff, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance personnel. 
• Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. 
• Ensure prompt response to guest room maintenance requests and maintain high guest satisfaction. 
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to identify maintenance needs. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire and life safety (FLS) systems, and hotel standards. 
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory of tools and supplies. 
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, services, and equipment procurement. 
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs.
