- Bachelor's degree in Law or Corporate Governance; a Master's degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate governance, with a solid understanding of the real estate business.
- Previous experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

İş haqqında məlumat
Main purpose of this position is to make sure that company’s processes and document management are correct and efficient both legally and methodologically from the company’s governance perspectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct general exercise over Company’s business to understand its business and particularities.
- Draft and prepare corporate governance framework, policies, procedures and apply necessary methodology where required.
- Develop, implement and manage document control systems.
- Ensure proper classification, organization, management and storage (including archive) of documents, both physical and digital and preparing necessary documents.
- Monitor document lifecycle to ensure timely updates, revisions and approvals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as secretary during board and committee meetings.
- Perform manager’s tasks with high level of knowledge and skills.
