Design Manager

We are looking for a Design Manager with 7-10 years’ experience in architectural and interior design management. Experience in coordinating with government bodies and multiple stakeholders is required. The job will involve a high level of communication with various organizations, travel to regions outside of the city, and working within a team to produce detailed design documentation.

The candidate must be proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian and have experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or Revit. Detailed expectations are listed below.

Job Description

• Oversee the development of design concepts and ensure their alignment with project goals.
• Manage and coordinate all design phases from concept to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of design documentation in accordance with the project schedule.
• Supervise and support the design team, ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate all project components.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the design team and ensure smooth coordination with construction teams.
