- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role;
- Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, MySQL, PostgreSQL and intermediate-level Python;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Proficiency in data cleaning and preprocessing techniques;
- Experience with EDA techniques to interpret and summarize data patterns before formal analysis;
- Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders;
- Familiarity with ETL processes and basic data pipeline development;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
- Exposure to banking, online payment, or financial services is a plus.

- Perform data analysis to provide insights that help guide business decisions;
- Conduct thorough data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accurate and consistent data before analysis;
- Conduct EDA to gain preliminary insights, detect outliers, and understand data distribution before deeper analysis;
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical tasks and report insights back clearly;
- Develop and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards to visualize data;
- Utilize MySQL, PostgreSQL and Python to collect, process and analyze data from multiple sources;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and reporting needs;
- Identify trends, patterns and areas for optimization based on data analysis.
Working schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00
