- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration (specialized in Sales & Marketing).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably within FMCG sector.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, a n d English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian ispreferred.
- Computer skills-user level(MS Office usage).
- Ability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including surveys, online research, customer outreach, and competitor analysis.
- Address all product-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to align product strategies.
- Attend industry workshops and sales/marketing refresher courses.
- Plan and support new product launches and promotional events.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and attend relevant meetings.
- Identify new market opportunities and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Provide product recommendations and suggestions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional support.
