We are seeking a visionary and strategic Tribe Leader to lead our Agile Product Innovations and Loyalty Tribe within the Retail and Digital Block. This role will focus on driving excellence in product development, product and portfolio management, customer experience, and retention and loyalty strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the tribe's vision, strategy, and objectives while aligning them with our broader organizational goals. You will inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
The Tribe Leader will manage resources, oversee performance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners. You will proactively address risks and make informed decisions to achieve the tribe’s objectives, fostering innovation and driving business growth.
Your role involves mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and navigating the tribe through change and transformation. By synchronizing with Product Owners, you will maximize squad efforts and the overall impact of the tribe.
