CRM Coordinator

Department: Sport Retail Division

Reports to:  Head of Sport Retail Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to define audiences based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies tailored to various customer groups.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM data aligns with overall company objectives.
• Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance metrics.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and track post-sale support interactions, identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance CRM effectiveness and customer engagement.
