Credit Controller

• Coordination between the Sales and Finance team on all activities related to customers, in order to assure full transparency on information to achieve forecasted commitments
• Monitor sales results on a daily basis. Provide regular updates at least on a weekly basis.
• Have regular communication with the sales team to identify potential customer related commercial issues and take responsibility for appropriate communication
• Assure full compliance of invoicing, dunning notes and contract process with policies and procedures
• Perform customer financial assessments
• Reporting on target achievement for main Commercial KPI’s:
• Work closely with the Sales and Logistic Manager to understand business needs and to identify process improvements
• Meet customers together with Sales representatives to understand customer demands and to in order to identify and convert commercial opportunities
