Cost Control Specialist

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Assist to monitor budget performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
• Assist in conducting thorough analysis of company expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Regularly review invoices and record them in ERP system.
• Regularly assess vendor performance and negotiate cost adjustments when necessary.
• Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and cost trend assessments.
• Assist in financial forecasting and modeling to support long-term financial planning.
• Assist on ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to implement and monitor financial controls.
