The Corporate Culture & Leadership Development Senior Specialist will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and developing leadership talent. This position focuses on creating and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and support leadership growth. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with business leaders to identify leadership needs, design development initiatives, and measure the impact of these programs on organizational success.
Key accountabilities:
Corporate Culture Development:
1. Design and Implement Cultural Initiatives:
- Drive the alignment of employees with the organization’s values, mission, and vision through tailored programs and initiatives.
- Lead campaigns and workshops that promote corporate culture awareness and integration.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Create and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for Corporate Center employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Monitor onboarding success and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
3. Cultural Assessment and Analytics:
- Assess and analyze cultural gaps within the organization using surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools.
- Recommend interventions to enhance engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
Leadership Development:
1. Leadership Training Design and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs customized to each managerial level (C-level, mid-level, and entry-level).
- Incorporate best practices and emerging trends in leadership development.
2. Coaching and Mentoring Programs:
- Establish and oversee mentoring and coaching frameworks to ensure sustainable leadership growth.
- Work closely with subsidiary HR teams to implement these programs at scale.
3. Succession Planning:
- Collaborate with the Group Organizational Development Director to design succession pipelines for critical leadership roles across the subsidiaries.
4. Evaluation and Feedback:
- Develop metrics to measure the impact of leadership programs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on feedback from participants and stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Partner with the Group OD Director to align programs with broader organizational objectives.
- Build relationships with subsidiary HR teams and leadership to ensure consistency and impact across the group.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cultural and leadership development during executive-level meetings.
