We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Manager (Account Manager) to join our team. This role is key to managing client relationships, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery across our global and local accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all requests and feedback are clearly communicated and delivered to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, media buyers, and developers to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal departments to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, prepare reports, and identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to improving client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and proactive support.
