- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate with external counterparties professionally.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing settlement activities, such as payment system rules.

- Execute and manage daily settlement processes for various card transactions, including payments and settlements.
- Control of transaction data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitor settlement systems and processes to identify and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, processing and compliance, to streamline settlement processes and resolve complex settlement-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with payment systems (Visa/Mc/UPI and ...), clearinghouses, and payment processors, to facilitate timely settlements and resolve settlement-related inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to settlement processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance settlement efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on settlement activities and performance metrics to stakeholders.
