  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in business development, project management, or partnership management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of the innovation ecosystem or an interest in learning more about it.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
İş haqqında məlumat
  • Support the development and maintenance of innovation-related strategies and processes within the department.
  • Conduct research and analysis on global innovation trends, ecosystems, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement new initiatives that drive innovation.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documentation related to innovation projects and strategies.
  • Manage and maintain digital tools and platforms ( e.g Jira) to streamline project workflows.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving innovation processes based on data analysis.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as startups, accelerators, and research organizations, to foster partnerships.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with local and international partners in the innovation sector.
  • Support communication with stakeholders by drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing follow-up notes.
  • Maintain and update a database of current and potential partners to ensure accurate records.
  • Help implement partnership initiatives by tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing events such as conferences, networking sessions, and innovation workshops.
