Report to: Head of Retail Department
Main duties:
- Introducing marketing strategies, determining annual aggregated and total revenue plans through the analysis of the latest trends and outcomes.
- Analyzing the brand’s market position and integrating target customer data.
- Undertaking brand entrepreneurship, developing brand-related concepts and strategies, and setting targets.
- Aligning brand strategies with market positioning strategies and introducing goods and services to the market.
- Setting sales goals and forecasting expected sales volumes and revenues for existing and new products by developing annual sales quotas for the brand.
- Supporting sales volume, product assortment, and pricing by tracking supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and customer preferences.
- Effectively managing staff to meet brand expectations and goals while identifying and assessing individual and team development opportunities.
- Ensuring brand and store targets are met by achieving individual sales goals in line with the company’s sales policies and strategies.
- Managing sales staff performance to achieve high standards, monthly sales targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while enhancing staff skills, training, and motivation.
- Actively participating in staff management, overseeing performance appraisals, recognizing employees for outstanding performance, and facilitating customer introductions to sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of sales staff, conducting performance evaluations, and managing the sales program accordingly.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and programs to address key performance indicators and submitting them to top management.
- Preparing and compiling financial and sales reports, including daily profit and loss statements, annual budget reports, and monthly profit and loss reports from the beginning of the financial or calendar year to the present date, ensuring timely submission to management.
- Assigning and communicating monthly sales plan execution details to each sales consultant.
- Ensuring all sales team members participate in relevant training sessions to enhance their skills in "Sales Techniques," "Customer Service," and "Product Training."
- Preparing and submitting employee work and leave schedules to management.
- Supervising employee discipline and performance, providing timely reports to management.
- Conducting stock analysis of warehouse inventory and preparing reports on product availability by volume, title, and other attributes.
- Updating relevant documents and marketing databases.
- Overseeing the overall performance of store employees within the scope of job responsibilities.
- Preventing employee misconduct, labor law violations, or other infringements, and promptly reporting any incidents to management.
