- Fluency in Azerbaijani; advanced English required; Russian is an asset.

- Progress toward ACCA qualification (preferably completion of fundamental level exams).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with BDO methodology and international auditing standards (IFRS, ISA).
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and internal control environments.
- Perform risk assessments and substantive audit procedures to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to delivering value-added insights.
- Collaborate with managers and partners across BDO’s global network.

- Represent BDO professionally at all times through punctuality, conduct, and appearance.
- Maintain accurate records of time and project progress.
- Meet deadlines and deliverables in line with engagement expectations.
