Vendor Management Junior Specialist

Требования к кандидату

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI proficiency is preferred
Attention to detail with the ability to handle large datasets.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with vendor management or procurement processes is a plus.

Support the development and maintenance of vendor performance metrics.
Analyze data to assess vendor efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues.
Communicate with vendors and collect required information.
Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Conduct periodic vendor assessments using analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain an updated vendor database and documentation.
Identify potential risks in the vendor supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
