Требования к кандидату

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) / Specific areas of expertise:
Site architectural supervision, shop drawings, material coordination, CAD usage
İş təcrübəsi / Work experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in site architecture roles
Dil və kompyuter proqramları bilikləri / Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office
Fluent in Azerbaijani; working knowledge of English

Support day-to-day architectural works on site based on approved drawings and project specifications.
Assist in ensuring compliance of site works with design intent, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for timely resolution of architectural issues.
Participate in site inspections, material approvals, and mock-up evaluations.
Support preparation and review of shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Contribute to progress reports related to site architectural activities.
Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.
Assist in quantity take-offs and project documentation under supervision.
