Senior Planning Engineer

Требования к кандидату

Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.
Client/Developer side experience is preferable.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong planning and organization skills.

Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using software tools like
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, resources, and timelines to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare detailed project progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasting reports to inform stakeholders of project status, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
Reviewing baseline schedules received from contractors.
Reviewing daily / weekly / monthly schedule updates received from contractors.
Reviewing Time Extension Claims received from the contractors.
Reviewing recovery schedules received from contractors.
Preparation of delay analysis reports.
