Требования к кандидату

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; hospitality or restaurant industry experience is preferred.
  • Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

Reports to Organizational Development Manager

Position Summary:

  • The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for restaurant and head office positions. The role focuses on supporting hiring managers, improving recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 

What is expected from the candidate:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy request to onboarding;
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, educational institutions and other recruitment channels;
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Line managers;
  • Conduct reference checks when required;
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates;
  • Ensure vacancies are filled within established timelines;
  • Create and publish job advertisements;
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
