Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the investment, construction, and technical maintenance processes related to the opening and operation of LPP brand stores in Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full investment process for new store openings, including site verification, design, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate negotiations, design, fit-out, and construction processes with landlords, internal teams, local authorities, and external contractors.
• Supervise project budgets, schedules, documentation, and reporting using internal systems (MS Project).
• Verify technical condition of premises and ensure compliance with technical standards and local regulations.
• Organize tendering processes, select contractors, negotiate contracts, and supervise construction and furniture installation.
• Support store openings and provide technical assistance during launch and handover.
• Oversee technical maintenance of stores, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Manage contractors, monitor performance, costs, and service quality.
• Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and low-voltage systems.
• Control maintenance budgets, process documentation, and analyze technical data.
• Support store closures, rearrangements, and cooperation with Sales, Investment, IT, Lease, and other departments.
• Identify project risks and implement effective risk management solutions.
