Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with 5-10 years’ experience in construction and design management. Experience with government bodies and multiple stakeholders is required. The job will involve high level of communication with various organizations, travel to regions outside of the city, working in a team to produce information for construction. 

The candidate will need to be proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian languages and be able to use Microsoft office and Autocad or Revit. Detailed expectations are listed below. 

Job Description:

• Project management in residential and commercial construction. 
• Ensure the implementation of projects within the prescribed period.
• Monitor the progress of work according to the project schedule.
• Oversee the activities of site supervisors.
• Manage construction works in accordance with the project implementation plan in a timely manner.
• Perform tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate with various stakeholders.
• Lead the delivery team.
