Product Owner – Omnichannel Platform

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our omnichannel platform that integrates our website, mobile application, and corporate platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital development process, hands-on experience with analytics systems, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the omnichannel platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, analytics) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Analyze and optimize key digital channel metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to product delivery.
• Apply Agile practices, with a strong understanding of both Scrum and Kanban frameworks, to ensure efficient project execution.
