Role Synopsis:

  • Marketing Communications Specialist will provide essential support to the Corporate Marketing Account manager, in managing a broad range of accounts and supervising marketing campaigns. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Brand management:

  • Maintaining consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Ensuring the brand's voice and tone are aligned with its identity.
  • Making sure brand guidelines are strictly maintained consistently in visual and verbal communication, externally and internally. 

 

Content Creation and Distribution: 

  • Ability to brief agencies for the development of creative content. 
  • Understating market trends, visual value of communication.
  • At least a basic understanding of commercial design and communication language. 
  • Creative vision and understanding of creative writing. 

 

Campaign Execution and Monitoring: 

  • Participation in planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and tracking key metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis of campaign results.

 

Event management and vendor coordination: 

  • Defining event objectives, determining the target audience, and establishing a detailed event plan. 
  • Selecting venues, setting dates, and creating event programs.
  • Managing relationships with various vendors, such as creative agencies responsible for the delivery of creative materials, caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, and transportation providers. 
  • Handling logistical details like transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Social media content creation:

  • With assistance of creative agencies or internal creative support groups, developing engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and live streams.
  • Ability to write compelling captions and calls to action.
  • Creating content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

 

Desired background:

  • Creative/marketing agency or marketing experience (at least 1-2 years).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or any other related field.
