Role Overview:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to new client inquiries, aiming to convert them into customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, creative, and strategy, to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the brands' goals and objectives.
  • Manage and grow online community presence across various platforms.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
  • Monitor and respond to community members' inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
