Finance Manager

• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements;
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models;
• Manage financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis;
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy;  
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP);
• Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and internal control frameworks;
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls;
• Delegate tasks and oversee the performance of cost control team;
• Work closely with partnerships finance teams and analyze their financial statements;
• To prepare monthly financial performance reports for the company's Senior Management.
