Требования к кандидату
- University degree from a discipline you are certified to work in the affiliate
- Min 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, medical device or consumer goods or relevant industry
- Proven track record based on exceptional commercial acumen and selling skills
- Experience in out of pocket market – desirable
- Territory sales analysis
- Territory management
- English -Fluent
- Russian-Fluent
- Azerbaijani-Native
- Ability to use digital tools and programmes
- Valid driving license

- This role will report to the above and will be responsible to implement key strategies with the SF to expand GLP-1 market, increase upgrade of insulins to MI/NGI, increase breadth of prescribers and depth of prescriptions, coaching the sales organisation towards performance and results focus
- Expected to spend minimum 12 days/month in the field
Main tasks
- Developing the client base - pharmacies and pharmacy chains in the assigned territory
- Receiving reports and analyzing sales of products imported by Employer in pharmacy chains
- Analyzing market activities in pharmacy chains
- Organizing marketing events on the products imported by Employer for pharmacy chains (RTs and workshops)
- Non-performance (improper performance) of their official duties provided for in this job description, within the limits stipulated by the current labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Offenses committed in the course of activities – within the limits stipulated by the current
- administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Causing material damage – within the limits stipulated by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Non-observance of labor and performance discipline;
- Disclosure of information or other confidential data constituting a commercial secret of the company for violation of the established procedure for handling documents containing such information;
- Non-performance of pharmacovigilance activities in accordance with local and corporate requirements.
