Требования к кандидату

2+ years of hands-on experience in reporting or data operations;
Advanced SQL skills — capable of writing complex queries, optimizing performance and working across multiple databases;
Experience managing multiple reporting requests simultaneously with minimal supervision;
Strong attention to detail and ability to independently verify data quality;
Excellent communication skills to explain reports to non-technical stakeholders;
Familiarity with handling sensitive or financial data responsibly;
Experience with Power BI is a plus;
Basic scripting ability in Python for automation, data processing or light ETL is a plus;
Background in credit, banking or financial services is a plus.

Write, review and optimize SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to extract and prepare accurate datasets;
Own and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports to internal teams (finance, product, operations etc.);
Maintain clear documentation for recurring reports and support auditability;
Ensure data integrity and proactively validate results before delivery;
Collaborate with other departments to understand reporting needs and propose better data solutions;
Identify manual reporting tasks and suggest automation opportunities;
(Nice to have) Use Power BI to build or maintain simple dashboards for operational metrics;
(Nice to have) Leverage Python for automation or handling more complex reporting tasks;
Act as a reporting point of contact for business users.

Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00.
