Требования к кандидату

Experience in Hotel&Hospitality Projects as an Architectural QA/QC engineer
Bachelor’s degree in architecture
Construction background with at least development projects (mid- high rise buildings)
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction
Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Must be willing to be assigned in Agdam, Azerbaijan
Familiarity with construction/project management principles
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Good command of English (both written/spoken)

We are currently seeking an experienced Architect Supervisor to join our team. As an Architect Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction in Aghdam, with a weekly transfer to Baku.

Responsibilities:

Reviews and interpret architectural and engineering plans
Inspect project on Site to ensure that architectural aspect is being implemented according to approved plans and specifications
Prepare progress reports on QA/QC
Coordinates with different department (MEP) to resolves issues or any concerns on quality of works
Checking of MAR documents
Issuing NCRs during the or after execution of works, re-inspection of NCRs after corrective actions
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Preparation of SNAG list prior to Handover
