Требования к кандидату
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Lumion and Rhino.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English is preferred.

- Design and develop architectural plans and concepts using special software (Archicad,Autocad,Revit)
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Review and modify designs to meet project requirements, regulations, and client needs.
- Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with construction teams to provide guidance and support during the construction phase.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
