Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources; experience in oil & gas or industry is a must;
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role;
Higher education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
Professional HR certification such as CIPD Level 5 / CIPD Level 7 / SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP is considered an advantage;
Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and international HR trends, including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Succession Planning;
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and HR systems within medium or large organizations without consulting support;
Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and practical experience in applying labor legislation;
Experience supporting workforce planning and HR processes in project-based environments;
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems is an advantage;
Fluent Azerbaijani and English (both written and verbal).
